Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
To begin a return, please contact us at Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Worn or used products
- Personal items
- Customised or personalised products

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us.
The quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- We sent the wrong item
